By accessing or using Mr. K's Chatbot ("Chatbot"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all use of the Chatbot by authorized Kaizen Paint employees. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Chatbot immediately.
Mr. K's Chatbot is an internal tool available exclusively to Kaizen Paint employees who hold an active kpme.com email account registered in the organization's Microsoft environment. Access is authenticated through Microsoft's identity platform (Teams, Outlook, etc.). Use of the Chatbot by unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
Mr. K's Chatbot is designed to assist Kaizen Paint employees with internal queries, HR policies, and general organizational support. The Chatbot is powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning and is intended for informational and assistance purposes only. Responses generated by the Chatbot may not always be fully accurate, complete, or up to date, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional or official guidance.
The Chatbot does not collect, store, or process personal information independently. The identity information visible to the Chatbot (such as name and email) is derived from your authenticated Microsoft account, which was registered at the time of account creation within Kaizen Paint's Microsoft tenant. No personal data is stored by the Chatbot. Users should refrain from sharing sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information through the Chatbot beyond what is necessary for their query.
By using the Chatbot, you agree to use it only for legitimate work-related purposes within Kaizen Paint. The following are prohibited:
All content, branding, software, algorithms, and materials forming part of Mr. K's Chatbot are the exclusive intellectual property of Kaizen Paint. Nothing in these Terms grants any intellectual property rights to the user. The Chatbot may only be used for internal purposes as authorized by Kaizen Paint.
The Chatbot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kaizen Paint makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the Chatbot. Kaizen Paint shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on Chatbot outputs, technical disruptions, or unauthorized access resulting from the user's own actions.
Kaizen Paint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Chatbot or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Kaizen Paint also reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through official internal channels, and continued use of the Chatbot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Access to the Chatbot is tied to your active employment and authorized kpme.com account at Kaizen Paint. Kaizen Paint may suspend or revoke Chatbot access at any time, including in cases of misuse, policy violations, or if the user's employment with Kaizen Paint ends.
